Broken or Blurry:
Our terms are simple. If any ordered mugs are broken or blurry please take a picture of it and send it to us. You will be sent a new mug free of charge. A picture must be made to evaluate if you get a new mug. Do not send us back the mug, a picture must be made of the mug!!!
Shipping Lost in Transit:
If your package has been in transit longer than 14 days after the estimated date of arrival please contact us immediately. This may mean your package is lost. You have until the 24th day after the estimated delivery date to contact us. After which we can not refund or reship your item free. You will have to reorder the item.
